My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spotless and had all the necessary facilities like a washing machine and mini kitchen, perfect for families with kids. The free onsen was a great bonus, but the location was a bit far from the center. The service was top-notch with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, and the dining options were varied and delicious. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money.
